The repeat exam for the LC1 lecture will take place on April 19, 09:15 - 10:50 am. Like the exam in February, the repeat exam will be online take-home exam administered via Moodle, and will also have the same format. As usual, students need to be registered for the exams on AlmaWeb in order to to participate.

The repeat exam for the SHP II Lecture will be offered March 28, 2022, 10 am - 12 pm (10:15 Uhr - 11:45 Uhr)

At ASL, we always encourage our students to pursue an internship, and include it in your studies. During that process, and after they completed the internship, we asked some students for their advice for future trainees. For its upcoming special issue, the journal COPAS – Current Objectives of Postgraduate American Studies – calls for papers and creative submissions on the topic of “Reading (in) American Studies.” ASL’s doctoral candidate Mascha Helene Lange is one of the guest editors for this issue. COPAS is an open access, peer-reviewed e-journal dedicated to publishing research by early career Americanists. Please find the full CfP below.
