Bio

I received my BA in Communication Studies from the University of Bergamo (Italy) and my MA from American Studies Leipzig. I wrote my dissertation on contemporary popular representations of the fifties, particularly investigating how self-reflexivity, melodrama, and nostalgia affect these portrayals. I defended my dissertation in October 2019.
