A little birdy (aka Instagram) told me that there is a new festival emerging in Saxony. There is not much I could find online about KONSUMGUT:OST, besides that it will be a pop culture festival for artists from Saxony and that it will take place in Dresden & Chemnitz on July 16, 2022. However, I am thrilled and think that is a great proof that Saxony has a lot to offer.

Some of you will certainly have noticed the new large reading lounge in the Bibliotheca Albertina, which has been available to all readers since  summer 2021. It is located on the second floor in the open access areas for American Studies and British Studies.
