 Prof. Paul Rundquist Lecture Series

ASL is happy to welcome Prof. Paul Rundquist this semester for his lecture series on "Divisions of Power and the American Security State."

The lecture series will consist of three individual talks:

Tue, 19 November: Congress and Oversight of the Security State

Wed, 11 December: The Presidency and Executing the Security State

Wed, 15 January: The Supreme Court and the Constitutionality of the Security State

Paul Rundquist is adjunct professor of American politics and society at the Institute for American Studies here in Leipzig. Prior to coming to Germany he served some thirty years at the Congressional Research Service in Washington DC as a preeminent expert on executive-legislative relations and the functioning of the U.S. federal government.

The events are free and open to the public.
