Picador Reading by John Haskell
The Veranstaltungsforum der Verlagsgruppe Georg von Holtzbrinck and American Studies Leipzig jointly hosted the third Picador Professorship Reading in the Galerie Pierogi on Thursday, November 22. In the gallery packed with over 90 guests, Picador Professor and novelist John Haskell read from his acclaimed novel American Purgatorio. The reading was complemented by actor Günter Schossböck reading excerpts from the German translation Amerikanisches Fegefeuer.
