Prof. Pisarz-Ramírez´ Office Hours on 17 July will have to be postponed to 3 - 4 pm.

The oral exam in module "Literature & Culture III" (course "The 19th century in American Female Fiction") will take place on 16 July from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm in room 2.516.

The Secretariat will remain closed from 27 May to 3 June.
I´ll be back in office on 4 June.

During the week of 13 May, Prof. Garrett will be hosting and working with a delegation of students from Ohio University. As a result he cannot hold office hours during Tuesday, 14 May. He will hold office hours during the regular slot on Tuesday, 21 May.

The SHP I Seminar that was to be taught by Ms. Katrin Ullmann on Mondays, 1-3, in GWZ 2.5.16 will now be taught by Mr. Tobias Schlobach on Fridays from 3-5 in GWZ 2.5.16. All students should attend the seminar session by Mr. Schlobach this Friday, 19 April.

Due to illness, Catherine Sharpe's seminar “Reading 'America' in a Transcultural Context” in the Professional Skills Module (SQM) "Transcultural Literacy" will have to be cancelled on Wednesday, April 17, 2013.

Note that the lecture "Constructing ‘America’ in a Transcultural Context" will take place as scheduled. Only the seminar will be cancelled next week.

Due to illness, Catherine Sharpe's tutorials for SHPI held Monday 11am-1pm, Wednesday 11am-1pm, and Thursday 9-11am will have to be canceled during the first week of classes (April 15 to April 19, 2013).

Note that the lecture as well as the seminars will take place as scheduled. Only the turorials will be cancelled next week.
