Nonprofit Internship with Action Reconciliation Service for Peace, Philadelphia

For over 50 years the Action Reconciliation Service for Peace has been committed to working toward reconciliation and peace, as well as fighting racism, discrimination and social exclusion. ARSP is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join their team at the Philadelphia office for a minimum of two months, starting in September 2015. The position will support ARSP's public relations efforts and assist the US Program Director. Depending on the interests and qualifications of the intern, additional tasks will be assigned.

Fundraising Internship with Make-A-Wish, Independence, Ohio

Founded in Phoenix, Arizona, the Make-A-Wish Foundation has arranged experiences for children with life-threatening medical conditions since 1980. The Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana chapter has granted over 13,000 wishes since its establishment in 1983.

Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana is accepting applications for a fundraising internship on a rolling basis.

Internship as Lead Mentor for Intercultural Exchange in Leipzig

The Freiwilligenagentur Leipzig is looking for an intern for the organization and conduct of its 2015 mentoring project with Abilene Christian University, Texas. The project brings together German volunteers and American students who spend four months in Leipzig studying and volunteering. The lead mentor will gain knowledge of intercultural exchange and volunteer work as well as many opportunities to test and improve their English skills.

Project Assistance Internship, UNPO, Brussels

The Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization (UNPO) is an international membership organization working in the field of human rights, self-determination, indigenous issues, democracy and non-violence. UNPO represents 47 nations, minorities and indigenous peoples worldwide. UNPO’s global activities are coordinated and implemented from the organization’s headquarters in The Hague and a regional advocacy office in Brussels.
